Rod Serling, one of the greatest American minds of the 20th century, had one of the most fertile imaginations in the entire history of Literature. He was also one of the great prognosticators of paranoia, considering the global warming theories he prefigured.
He also hated the heat, apparently. Feels good to watch this and not see the mercury explode out of the thermometer, even on a prickly-warm New Jersey July night, like tonight.
(It’s still hot as Hades tonight.)
